Back in March, MXSW was the first to report Flo’s, an elegant Chinese restaurant that’s been serving upscale Scottsdale diners for 18 years, was opening a Tempe location this summer.
Most interesting was its choice of building: The former McDonald’s on the northwest corner of Rural and Baseline.
Well, over the weekend I realized I somehow forgot to let you know when it opened a month ago. Well, now you know (if you didn’t already).
Anyway, it has the same menu as owner Florence “Flo†Chan‘s two north Scottsdale restaurants.
Although considered mainly a Chinese restaurant, Flo’s also offers Thai, Vietnamese, Japanese, and Indian fare.
Flo’s is open 11 a.m.- 10 p.m. Monday-Friday and noon-10 p.m. Saturday and Sunday.
