JC’s Steakhouse, which opened in Gilbert in December, will host its first craft beer dinner at 7 p.m. Wednesday.
The steakhouse is offering a four-course menu paired with beers from Desert Eagle Brewing in Mesa:
- Reception beer: Desert Eagle Dunkleweizen
- 1st course: Bleu cheese buzz spinach dip, paired with DE Buzz Bomb.
- 2nd course: Marinated vegetables tossed with baby greens and a black cherry blonde vinaigrette, paired with DE Black Cherry Blonde.
- 3rd course: Pecan-crusted pork loin with a Golden Eagle reduction, mashed potatoes, dunkle gravy, and golden candied carrots, paired with DE Golden Eagle Wheat.
- 4th course: Gentleman’s coffee and porter cheesecake, paired with DE Gentleman’s Porter.
