After postponing its launch earlier this summer, the first Arizona Breakfast Weekend will take place this Thursday through Sunday.

Similar to Arizona Restaurant Week, restaurants will offer special breakfasts or breakfast dishes for $7, $15 or $25.

East Valley participants and their deals:

Ncounter: $25 breakfast for two with choice of one pastry, two breakfasts (Chipotle Egg Burrito, the Killer, the Farmers Choice, the Bono, the House Request, Sante Fe Sautee, Crack o Dawn Sautee, or Huevos N Chorizo), and two specialty coffee drinks.

Chase’s Diner: $7 for fresh and flaky croissant in French toast custard batter with cream, berries, and your choice of coffee or regular-size juice.

Blasted Barley: $15 for sweet potato waffle and fried chicken breast with whole grain mustard cream maple syrup, cilantro, and powdered sugar, and choice of Bloody Mary, Mimosa or Mojito. $15. (Available for dinner only Thursday and Friday and all day Saturday and Sunday.)

Wildflower Bread Company: $7 for any breakfast sandwich (like the one pictured above) with any medium drink (including specialty drinks).

The Good Egg: $15 for thick-cut whole grain toast topped with fresh smashed avocado, EVOO, lemon, and Maldon Sea Salt, served with two basted eggs, fresh squeezed juice and coffee and seasonal fruit.
