The monthly dinners, which start at 6:30 p.m., feature three new dishes from the creative kitchen crew paired with three wines selected by the knowledgable waitstaff at Romeo’s Euro Cafe in downtown Gilbert.
Aug. 18 “3rd Tuesday†menu:
- 1st course: Spicy trio of appetizers (pictured), including panko-crusted goat cheese, avocado curry egg salad, and roasted potato croquette, paired with 2011 Carmela Benegas Rose’ of Cab Franc.
- 2nd course: Roasted mahi-mahi, ginger-honey-soy-sesame-garlic-balsamic glaze, and vegetable medley, paired with 2013 Lincourt Lindsay’s Santa Rita Hills Pinot Noir.
- 3rd course: Chocolate, dried fruit, and walnut torte with 2013 Adesso Cagnina di Romagna.
