Only a few spots remain in one-day French cooking class Sept. 19 at Zappone’s in Gilbert

Just 3 spots remain for a French bistro cooking class Saturday, Sept. 19, at Zappone’s Italian Bistro in Gilbert.

Chef Sal Zappone will cover four dishes:

  • Braised leeks with tarragon-mustard cream
  • Steak au poivre
  • Pommes Anna
  • Profiterole with vanilla gelato

The class starts at noon. Cost is $44, which includes food, beverages, tax and tip. RSVP here.
