Just 3 spots remain for a French bistro cooking class Saturday, Sept. 19, at Zappone’s Italian Bistro in Gilbert.
Chef Sal Zappone will cover four dishes:
- Braised leeks with tarragon-mustard cream
- Steak au poivre
- Pommes Anna
- Profiterole with vanilla gelato
The class starts at noon. Cost is $44, which includes food, beverages, tax and tip. RSVP here.
