The Perch in downtown Chandler will host a Sierra Nevada beer brunch at 11 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 26.
Special guest will be James Conery, assistant brewer and barrel master for the California brewery.
The food menu:
- Crab cake Benedict with Pale Ale Hollandaise
- Oktoberfest-braised pork belly with Hatch chile egg potato grenade
- Narwhal mousse parfait
- Grilled broccoli and kohlrabi frittata with cashew reduction and house queso fresco
Beers paired with each course will include Sierra Nevada Pale Ale, Oktoberfest, and Narwhal imperial stout.
There also will be two specialty ales:Â Kitchen Sync (Beer Camp #143) and barrel-aged Maillards Odyssey (2014 Beer Camp Across America collaboration with Bell’s).
Cost of the brunch is $35 per person.
