The monthly dinners, which start at 6:30 p.m., feature three new dishes from the creative kitchen crew paired with three wines selected by the knowledgable waitstaff at Romeo’s Euro Cafe in downtown Gilbert.
Sept. 15 “3rd Tuesday†menu:
- Oink Trio: Spicy sausage, carrot-onion-cannellini bean puree, paprika fried onions, lettuce, radish, cucumber; tomato deviled egg, crispy bacon; Cajun pulled pork cakes, cilantro-jalapeno feta dressing. Paired with Rutherford Hill Sauvignon Blanc Napa Valley.
- Saltimbocca (pictured): Chicken saltimbocca (prosciutto and sage), potato wedges, roasted roma tomatoes, zucchini, yellow peppers, tangy remoulade. Paired with Ferrari-Carano Siena Sonoma Valley.
- Espresso Chocolate Pudding. Paired with Renwood Zinfandel Lodi.
