JC’s Steakhouse in Gilbert to host Mudshark beer dinner Wednesday

JC’s Steakhouse in Gilbert will host its monthly craft beer dinner at 7 p.m. Wednesday.

The steakhouse is offering a four-course menu paired with beers from Mudshark Brewing in Lake Havasu City:

• Reception beer: Full Moon Belgian-style white ale
• 1st course: Spicy pork belly paired with Desert Magic IPA.
• 2nd course: Fresh blueberry salad and curried squash and pear bisque paired with Havablue wheat beer.
• 3rd course: Amber-glazed salmon, couscous, and grilled veggies paired with Scorpion Amber Ale.
• 4th course: Pumpkin cheesecake paired with Peaceful Pumpkin Ale.
