Good news for lunchers in Gilbert and east Mesa: Zappone’s Italian Bistro in Gilbert has extended the hours of its popular early-week spaghetti and meatballs special.
Now you can get a heaping helping of chef Sal Zappone’s spaghetti and meatballs, along with a salad, for just $5.99 from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Mondays and Tuesdays.
The deal previously had been limited to dinner hours only.
Zappone’s, which just completed a remodeling of its interior, is located on the northwest corner of Higley and Baseline, just off U.S. 60.
