A second food truck roundup is coming to Gilbert: The Town Square Feastival will have its soft opening from 5:30-9 p.m. Thursday at Gilbert Town Square.
The festival will set up in the parking lot near the Regal Cinemas Gilbert 14 movie theaters on the west side of Gilbert Road between Warner and Ray (map).
The weekly Thursday roundup joins the weekly Gilbert Food Trick Food Court, which takes place 5:30-9 p.m. Fridays in downtown Gilbert (about 2 miles north).
The lineup for Thursday’s soft opening will include (subject to change):

The Town Square Festival will hold its official grand opening next Thursday, Oct. 22.
On a related note, the weekly Queen Creek Feastival, which has been running on Saturdays since June, is on hiatus after losing its home at Horseshoe Park & Equestrian Centre.
Organizers are working with town officials to identify a new site, but the roundup isn’t expected to return until November.
