Yet another fast-casual pizza concept that lets diners create their own individual pizzas from a bunch of different crusts, sauces, cheeses, and toppings is coming to Arizona.
Pie Five Pizza, a Dallas-based chain with 70 locations in 18 states, will open its first Arizona location Friday at the Scottsdale Quarter in north Scottsdale.
Of greater interest to Southeast Valley residents is Pie Five (a play on “high five”) also will be opening locations in Mesa (on the northeast corner of Stapley and Baseline) and Tempe (site not yet announced).
The Mesa and Tempe opening dates have not been announced yet.
