Citing professional and financial differences, chef Peter DeRuvo and business partner Nick Neuman are going their separate ways.
DeRuvo will get custody of recently opened Citrine in Tempe – although it’s now closed – while Neuman will retain Evo in Old Town Scottsdale.
DeRuvo reportedly wants to reopen Citrine, which launched in September, after making ‘‘upgrades.’’
Neuman is planning no changes to DeRuvo’s menu at Evo.
