Blaze Fast Fire’d Pizza, yet another fast-casual, build-your-own pizza concept, will open in the former Zia Records building in downtown Tempe this spring.
It’ll mark the Arizona debut of Los Angeles-based Blaze, which has grown to 88 locations in 22 states in just three years.
Blaze offers 11-inch pizzas in three minutes for about $8.
The chain, which claims to be the fastest-growing of the many recent BYO pizza concepts, plans to open 200 pizzerias by the end of 2016.
