Hanger 24 will be the featured brewery for this month’s Beer & Bacon Night, which takes place 5-9 p.m. Thursday at The Hungry Monk in Chandler.

Beers from the Redlands, Calif., brewery that will be on tap:

  • Betty IPA
  • Double IPA

  • Chocolate Porter
  • Warmer
  • Hullabaloo Winter Beer
  • Pugachev’s Cobra Russian Imperial Stout

The big draw is the Pugachev’s Cobra, which will be tapped at 5 p.m. and sold in 10-ounce pours for $8.

Warmer, part of Hanger 24’s Local Fields Series, won a gold medal at the 2012 World Beer Cup and the 2013 GABF.

You can get a sampler of six of the beers (all except Pugachev’s Cobra) for $12.

Beef chef Gidi Goldberg has created five special bacon-centric menu items for the evening:

  • Three smoked pork belly egg rolls with soy-ginger dipping sauce ($8.50)
  • 10 bone-in wings tossed in a warm bacon-bourbon glaze ($9.50)
  • Bacon Alfredo flatbread with beer-braised onions, Roma tomato, and pesto drizzle ($10)
