The Monastery in northeast Mesa is celebrating the upcoming release of ‘‘Star Wars: The Force Awakens’’ with a droid-friendly party at 4 p.m. Saturday.
Beers on tap will include Firestone Walker Wookey Jack, Deschutes Twilight, and Mudshark Full Moon.
Those wearing a full Star Wars costume will receive a free sample of the new Stars Wars-themed Ace Space Bloody Orange Cider, while supplies last, starting around 6 p.m.
Volleyball of the Dune Sea will run from 4-6Â p.m.
Food items will include Bantha Burgers and Womp Rat Skewers.
