JC’s Steakhouse in Gilbert will hold its monthly wine tasting at 7 p.m. Wednesday. This month’s focus will be on California wines.
The food-and-wine pairings:
- Chicken and poblano kabob, paired with White Haute Riesling.
- Beef barley soup, paired with Cosentino The Dark.
- Stuffed bell peppers and Spanish rice, paired with Red Haute Pinot noir.
- Apple cobbler, paired with Belstar Prosecco.
