After a year in Tempe, Orange Table appears to have closed for good

By Jess Harter Monday, January 4, 2016

OrangeTablePancake010416Orange Table, the former Scottsdale brunch favorite that moved to Tempe in 2014, apparently has closed.

There is no notice or explanation on the eatery’s Facebook page, but the doors have been locked since early December. Its website is down, and phone calls go unanswered.

Orange Table originally opened at Scottsdale Mall and was one of the more popular brunch destinations in Old Town Scottsdale.

It was sold in the summer of 2014 and closed for a short time, re-opening that September as Park Place Bar & Grill.

In October 2014, Orange Table and its eclectic dishes like jalapeno-pecan pancakes (pictured) re-emerged on the southeast corner of Seventh Street and Farmer next to ASU.
