Flip’s Burgers & Brew had its soft opening yesterday at the Mesa Riverview shopping center in east Mesa.
Located on Dobson between Rio Salado Parkway and the Red Mountain Freeway, the sports bar takes over the space formerly occupied by Volcano Buffet.
Flip’s is a smaller concept from the owners of Cactus Moon Sports Grill, a large sports bar that closed last month at Mesa Riverview.
Beside burgers, the menu offers standard sports bar fare. There are 20 beers on tap.
Flip’s is open for lunch and dinner daily.
