Eklectic Pie opens 2nd location today at Chandler Crossroads

Eklectic Pie, a new build-your-own pizza concept that debuted last September in Mesa, opens its second location today in Chandler.

The new store is next to the Harkins theaters on the northwest corner of Gilbert and Germann.

Like the original location, it offers 7- or 11-inch pizzas built to order from nine sauces, eight kinds of cheese, 10 meat options, 16 vegetable toppings, five kinds of fruits and nuts, and 13 “finishers.”

The Chandler hours are 11 a.m.-9:30 p.m. Monday-Thursday, 11 a.m.-10 p.m. Friday-Saturday, and 11 a.m.-9 p.m. Sunday.

Look for a series of specials during an “official” grand-opening week Feb. 15-20.
