Worth Takeaway, a sandwich shop featuring locally sourced and house-made ingredients, celebrates its grand opening today and Saturday on Main Street west of Robson in downtown Mesa. It takes over the former Urban Picnic sandwich shop that closed last year.

The shop is partnering with local purveyors like Proof Bread, Danzeisen Dairy, Red Bird Farms, Provision Coffee, Hoot and Holler, The Simple Farm, Crooked Sky Farms, and Abby Lee Farms.
