The Living Room wine cafe & lounge is opening a fourth location. The new one will be right next to the AMC Ahwatukee 24 movie theaters on the southwest corner of I-10 and Ray.
The owners are hoping to open in late May. It would join current locations in south Chandler, north Scottsdale, and Tucson.
