- Wimpy’s Paradise in downtown Chandler is selling 6-inch hot dogs for 29 cents. Limit one per person.
- Fired Pie in Tempe, Chandler, and Ahwatukee is giving away one pizza (pictured) or salad to anyone with a Leap Day birthday.
- Culver’s in Tempe, Chandler, and Mesa is selling single-scoop vanilla custard cones for 29 cents. Limit one per person.
- Sauce Pizza & Wine in Chandler and Mesa is selling sides of macaroni and cheese for $2.29 (normally $4).
- Buca di Beppo in Chandler and Mesa is giving away spaghetti and meatball dinners to anyone with a Leap Day birthday.
- Hungry Howie’s: Buy any large pizza with at least one topping and get a second large, one-topping pizza for 29 cents.
- Pizza Hut: Anyone with a Leap Day birthday gets a free, one-topping pizza for carryout only.
