Less than a month after making its Arizona debut at Scottsdale Fashion Square, New York City-based Shake Shack opens its second Valley location at 11 a.m. today at Uptown Plaza in Phoenix.

The iconic burger chain is known for its all-natural ShackBurgers, griddled flat-top hot dogs, crinkle-cut fries, frozen custard, and craft beers.
Shake Shack will open its third Arizona location later this year at Kierland Commons in north Scottsdale.
Uptown Plaza, on the northeast corner of Central and Camelback, is a redevelopment of a quintessential shopping center from the 1950s.
Other Uptown Plaza eateries opening soon will include Arizona’s first Lou Malnati’s Pizza and second Creamistry liquid-nitrogen ice cream shop.
