Looks like the reopening of The Hungry Monk in Chandler is going to be a day later than planned.
The restaurant and bar has been closed this week for a facelift including brick facing (pictured)Â behind the bar, new paints, new bar furniture, and a new kitchen floor.
The refurbishing of the front patio has been rescheduled for next week.
The Monk had planned to reopen today, but now will unveil the new look at 11 a.m. Friday.
