Jimmy & Joe’s Pizzeria, which has been serving pizzas, sandwiches, and wings for nearly 10 years on the northeast corner of McClintock and Ray in Chandler, is moving – but not too far.
The family-run joint is just moving across the street to the northwest corner of the intersection. Its new space formerly housed Spices Mediterranean Kitchen.
Jimmy & Joe’s also has locations in Ahwatukee and Mesa. The move from the original location (pictured at top) is expected to be completed before the end of summer.
The new space (pictured above) will seat 40 inside and another 50 on the patio. “We cannot wait to be in a better location with so much more seating,” Jimmy & Joe’s general manager Amy Black says.
‘‘We will have digital menus and package this location exactly like our Ahwatukee store,’’ she says. “The location will have much more parking as well.’’
No changes will be made to the food menu, but the pizzeria has applied for a beer and wine license.
