Looks like Bad Water Brewing‘s taproom in Old Town Scottsdale is for sale.
A Craig’s List ad describes it as ‘‘a trophy location geared for craft beer, wine & light food service in Scottsdale.’’ It says the price has been reduced from $150,000 to $105,000 for quick sale.
Bad Water opened the 28-handle taproom on Brown, between Third and Fourth avenues, in September 2014.
Although it calls itself a Scottsdale-based brewery, Bad Water produces its three beers – a flagship saison, lager, and IPA – under contract with an out-of-state brewery.
