Moreno’s Mexican Grill is expanding with new locations in east Mesa and southeast Gilbert:
- Southwest corner of Higley and Chandler Heights inGilbert
- Southeast corner of Power and Main in Mesa
The family-owned fast-casual chain began as a Sonoran hot dog cart on the corner of Horne and Broadway in Mesa in 2006. It eventually bought the property and built its first restaurant.
Over the past decade, Moreno’s opened three more locations – two in Chandler and another in Queen Creek – as well as traditional sit-down restaurant Gecko Grill in Mesa.
Openings for the two new locations have not been set, but look for Mesa to open later this month and Gilbert next month.
