Well, it didn’t take long for the fictitious food holiday trend to get out of hand.
According to the “authority” you consult, there now are no less than three National Hot Dog Days – today, Tuesday (July 19) and next Saturday (July 23).
Wimpy’s Paradise in downtown Chandler has decided to honor all three pseudo-holidays with specials.
On any of the three days, get up to three regular, grilled 6-inch hot dogs for $1 apiece. Or, if you prefer, get three 6-inch chili dogs for $5.
The special is for dine-in only.
