Francis Ford Coppola Winery in northern California’s Alexander Valley will be featured in the monthly wine dinner at 7 p.m. Wednesday at JC’s Steakhouse in Gilbert.

This month’s food pairings will spotlight mostly Italian dishes:
- Swedish meatball, Caprese kabob, and an Italian meatball, paired with Diamond Sauvignon Blanc.
- “We’ve Got the Blues’’ salad with blueberries, blue cheese, and blueberry balsamic, paired with Diamond Claret.
- Italian sausage with onions and peppers on angel hair, sweet potato risotto, and chicken parmesan, paired with Vendetta Cabernet Malbec.
- Baked Alaska, paired with Sofia Riesling.
