Cuisine & Wine Bistro, named the top wine bar in Arizona earlier this year, will celebrate the grand opening of its new south Chandler location from 3-8 p.m. Sunday.
It takes over the former Cork (and later Earnest) space on the northeast corner of Alma School and Chandler Heights.
Chef Fabrice Buschtetz and his wife, Mairead (pictured above), launched Cuisine & Wine after buying the former MWC Bistro in Gilbert last year.
The Chandler location will have the same menu of Buschtetz’s modern twist on traditional French cuisine.
Only an appetizer and drink menu will be available for Sunday’s grand-opening party.
The Chandler location will open for regular business (with its full menu) at 3 p.m. Tuesday.
