Salad and Go announces 2nd West Valley location to open in Surprise in early 2017

Gilbert-based Salad and Go has announced yet another Valley location: On the northeast corner of Litchfield and Bell in Surprise in the West Valley. It’s scheduled to open in early 2017.

That likely would make it the drive-through salad shop’s ninth location, assuming openings go as planned for Mesa locations on the northeast corner of Alma School and Southern (October) and northeast corner of Power and Broadway (December/January).

Salad and Go currently has three locations open in Gilbert, one in Mesa, one in northeast Phoenix, and one in Tolleson.

A tentative Chandler site is in the rezoning process.

Roushaun Cristofellis and her husband launched the concept in 2013 as a healthy alternative to the fast-food drive-throughs in their neighborhood.

Salad and Go’s menu offers 10 gourmet salads (or wraps) created by Bourbon Steak chef Daniel Patino. The breakfast menu has egg-white burritos, quinoa bowls, and power wraps.
