Utah-based Cafe Rio Mexican Grill opens its fourth East Valley location today on the southeast corner of Ellsworth and Rittenhouse in Queen Creek.
The fast-casual chain’s latest location is across Ellsworth from Queen Creek Marketplace, and joins other E.V. locations in Gilbert (two) and Chandler.
(Note: The Gilbert location at Gilbert and Baseline is being remodeled and will reopen Sept. 9.)
The menu offers Mexican cuisine, including salads, tostadas, burritos, enchiladas, tacos, quesadillas, and soups.
Hours are 10:30 a.m.-10 p.m. Monday-Saturday and 11 a.m.-9 p.m. Sunday.
