One of the (many) stories I’ve been tardy on reporting is VB Lounge, coming to downtown Chandler.
VB Lounge is a spinoff of Va Bene (pictured above), the award-winning Italian restaurant and wine bar in Ahwatukee.
Owners Sasha and Donna Cosic bought the former di Sciacca glassware retail store on Boston Street (next to the recently opened Brickyard Downtown)Â almost a year ago.
The demo work and construction had been on a very slow pace for most of this year, but things have picked up recently.
Now the Chandler Chamber of Commerce has posted a nice video update on social media:

VB Lounge, which will feature some Va Bene favorites as well as other small plates, is scheduled to open in early November.
