IncogNitos, which describes itself as ‘‘a new restaurant which specializes in sports bar dining with a twist,’’ had its soft opening over the weekend in Chandler.
The restaurant takes over the longtime home of Gallagher’s Sports Grill on the northwest corner of Alma School and Warner.
The menu features made-from-scratch (instead of frozen) food. Burgers are fresh and handpressed. All dressings are made in-house.
Although the soft opening is over, IncogNitos asks diners to keep in mind some staff is still undergoing training.
Hours are 11 a.m.-11 p.m. Monday-Thursday, 11 a.m.-midnight Friday-Saturday, and 9 a.m.-11 p.m. Sunday.
