Northern California’s Hangar 24 will be the featured brewery for this month’s beer dinner at 7 p.m. Wednesday at JC’s Steakhouse in Gilbert.
The menu will feature five beers and four dishes prepared by chef-owner Dennis Petty:
- Social beer: Easy Glider session IPA.
- 1st course: German beef rolls, paired with Oktoberfest fall lager.
- 2nd course: Orange, walnut and Gorgonzola salad, paired with Orange Wheat.
- 3rd course:Â Beer can chicken with rice pilaf, candied carrots, and pears, paired with Betty IPA.
- 4th course: Lemon pudding cakes with apricot sauce, paired with Polycot apricot wheat.
