JC’s Steakhouse in Gilbert will hold its monthly wine dinner at 7 p.m. Wednesday. This month’s focus will be on Greece.
The food-and-wine pairings:
- Stuffed grape leaves with two kinds of hummus, paired with Skouras Zoe White
- Lentil soup and Greek salad, paired with Kir Yianni white
- Moussaka meatballs, spinach, and chickpeas, paired with Zoe Red
- Ekmek Kataifi (custard and whipped cream pastry), paired with Zoe Rose
