We are a small beer manufacturer seeking a mechanically competent person to act as a brewery assistant and join our production team in Tempe. Assembly work will be trained in detail.
Candidate must:
Be positive, self motivated, punctual and possess critical thinking skills, attention to detail, common sense, the ability to communicate, follow instructions and work as a team.Duties include:
– Ability to run and maintain the machinery
– Ability to trouble shoot and repair inoperative machinery to meet production goals
– Provide quality control
– Inventory control
– Wear appropriate uniform/safety equipment
– Ability to lift 50 pounds repeatedly throughout entire shift
– Ability to walk, stand, stoop, bend, and reach repeatedly
– Initiative to find work during down time
– Logging and tracking product will be a daily part of all operations.Occasional festival and trade show work required
