Bernard’s at Ocotillo Golf Resort in south Chandler will host a Four Peaks beer dinner on Thursday, Nov. 3.
Chef Nery Palma‘s multi-cultural fusion menu is an homage to his birthplace of Guatemala, French training, and America:
- Reception: Rellenitos (plantain dough-stuffed with refried black beans), chicken and pistachio lollipops, and baguette croutes (Brie cheese, avocado mousse, and sun-dried tomato tapanade). Paired with White Ale.
- Appetizer:Â Duck confit de escabeche (house-made thick corn tortilla topped with duck confit, cabbage, and jalapeno escabeche finished with cotija cheese and tomato sauce). Paired with Pumpkin Porter.
- Entrée: Beef ribs stifado (slow-cooked beef ribs with white beans, Kiltlifter, and tomato broth). Paired with Kiltlifter.
- Dessert: Chocolate soufflé. Paired with Oatmeal Stout.
Reception starts at 5:30 p.m., with dinner at 6.
