With rivals Michigan and Michigan State meeting on the football field for the 109th time Saturday, The Hungry Monk in Chandler will open at 9 a.m. for ‘‘Founders, Football & Flapjacks.’’

Enjoy pancake specials with a pint of Founders’s famed Breakfast Stout. There also will be $3 pints of the Grand Rapids, Mich., brewery’s Mosaic Promise IPA and Dirty Bastard Scotch ale.
