SunUp Brewing in Phoenix will host a four-course Halloween beer dinner at 6 p.m. Thursday.
The beer pairings are being kept secret, but the food courses are:
- Appetizer:Â Black pudding with beer caramelized onions and roasted red bell pepper coulis.
- Salad:Â Roasted tomato stuffed with sesame seaweed salad with a cilantro lime vinaigrette.
- Entree:Â Grilled flat iron steak with mango black rice, roasted romanesco and a raspberry demi.
- Dessert:Â Drunken blueberries stuffed rambutan with a blood orange custard.
Vegetarian options also are available.
Cost is $30 per person, and tickets can be purchased here.
