Craft 64 – which just debuted its fifth in-house beer, Frolic pale ale – will host a pair of craft beer promos this weekend.
At 7 p.m. Friday, the pizzeria and bar will have four beers on tap from Historic Brewing in Flagstaff:
- Barrel Aged Piehole Porter
- Pumpkin Piehole Porter
- Bear Arms imperial stout
- Black Lust black IPA
At 7 p.m. Saturday, Four Peaks Brewing from Tempe will be in the house with:
- Sirius Black imperial stout
- Wet Knot wet-hopped IPA
- Double Knot DIPA
- Barrel Aged Raj IPA
Each night, a brewery rep will be on hand to answer questions about the beers and give away some swag.
Earlier this week, Craft 64 debuted Frolic, an American pale ale (4.8% ABV, 60 IBUs) that co-owner James Swann brewed at SunUp Brewing in Phoenix.
Frolic joins previous Craft 64 releases Crafty Blonde blonde ale, Wheat the People American white wheat beer, Smooove Hoperator IPA, and Bonkers DIPA on tap.
The bar’s sixth beer – Wicked Winter Tale (6.5% ABV, 25 IBUs), a raspberry-and-nutmeg homage to Pete’s Wicked Winter Ale – will be released in about two week.
