Downtown Gilbert isn’t dead after all. I was beginning to worry since a new restaurant hasn’t opened for an entire month in the Valley’s hottest dining destination.
But that drought will come to an end next Friday, Nov. 11, when Clever Koi opens its doors in the Heritage Marketplace.
The Asian-style restaurant and craft cocktail bar will have the same menu as the original location, which opened in central Phoenix in 2013.
That means modern twists on classic Asian dishes like rice bowls, bento boxes, house-made dumplings, steamed buns, and noodle dishes.
