JC’s Steakhouse in Gilbert will hold its monthly wine tasting at 7 p.m. Wednesday. This month’s focus will be on German wines.
The food-and-wine pairings:
- 1st course: German beef rolls paired with Schloss Reinharthausen QbA Trocken.
- 2nd course: Cabbage soup and sauerkraut salad paired with Prinz Von Hessen Kabinett Reisling
- 3rd course: German meatloaf, red cabbage, Brussels sprouts, and potato dumplings paired with Friedrich Becker Estate Pinot Noir Pfalz.
- 4th course: Black Forest cake paired with Mosel Blue Spatlese.
