Riliberto’s Fresh Mexican Food, a 24-hour quick-service concept, makes its Valley debut at noon today on the southeast corner of Gilbert and Southern in Mesa.
It takes over a 3,000-square-foot building and drive-through that originally was a Burger King, then a Filiberto’s, and, most recently, a Rigoberto’s.
The highlights of Riliberto’s menu are 23 combination platters, ranging from its signature carne asada to carnitas to chile rellenos.
The a la carte menu features 26 burritos (with seven breakfast burros available all day), 10 tacos, three enchiladas, five tostadas, six quesadillas, seven tortas, and two salads.
AÂ $1.19 Daily Deal is offered on weekdays.
Besides sodas and ice teas, beverages include horchata, jamaica and other aguas fresca. No alcohol is available.
The Mesa location is the concept’s fourth in Arizona, joining others in Flagstaff, Prescott Valley, and Bullhead City. Other locations are in Las Vegas and Chandigarh, India.
