There’s a new brunch spot in south Chandler. Cuisine & Wine Bistro, which opened in late August, debuts its brunch menu.
Brunch, only available at the Chandler location, runs 10 a.m.-3 p.m. Sundays.
Since chef-owner Fabrice Buschtetz is from France, it’s no surprise the menu features numerous French favorites:
- Parisian Bakery Basket: Croissant, pain au chocolat, brioche and French baguette with butter & jam ($9)
- Crepes: Nutella or butter & sugar or jam ($8)
- Belgian Waffle: Served with a Belgian chocolate sauce & vanilla ice cream ($8)
- Bacon & Eggs: 2 strips of bacon, 3 eggs scrambled or sunny side up served with sautéed potatoes and a tomato Provencale ($10)
- Croque Monsieur: Swiss cheese, ham and béchamel sauce, served with a mixed green salad ($10)
- Croque Madame: Swiss cheese, ham, béchamel sauce and an egg sunny side up, served with a mixed green salad ($11)
- Quiche Lorraine: Served with a mixed green salad ($15)
- Omelette au fines herbes or Omelette with mushrooms or Omelette with Swiss cheese: All served with a mixed green salad ($9)
- Sides: Fresh fruit salad, mixed green salad, sauteed potatoes, French baguette with butter & jam ($4)
- Grilled Salmon: With beurre blanc and zucchini rice ($16)
- Ribeye: Black Angus 14-ounce Beurre Maitre d’Hotel, sautéed potatoes & tomate Provencale ($28)
- Bottomless Mimosa ($12)
