Sauce in Gilbert to hold Wednesday benefit with ‘The Voice’ singer

A special performance by Blaine Long, a Chandler singer who competed on NBC’s ‘‘The Voice’’ this season, will highlight a charity benefit from 6-9 p.m. Wednesday at Sauce Pizza & Wine in Gilbert.

All proceeds from beverage sales and a raffle will go to Winged Hope, a Gilbert non-profit dedicated to provided hope and healing to victims of violence.

The evening will include free light bites of food.
