SunUp Brewing in Phoenix taps its latest barrel-series ale – Razz-Putin, a Russian imperial stout aged in bourbon barrels for seven months on whole raspberries – today.
According to the brewery, ‘‘A big, earthy raspberry aroma explodes in your nose followed by tons of raisin, plum, and a slight smoky nose from the bourbon barrels. … This is definitely a Winter Warmer.’’
