Roasted bone-in pork loin will be the entree at this month’s ‘‘3rd Tuesday’’ dinner at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday at Romeo’s Euro Cafe in downtown Gilbert.
The three-course dinners feature three new dishes from Romeo’s creative kitchen crew paired with three wines selected by the knowledgable waitstaff:
- Tapas: Assorted selection of small bites and skewers. Paired with 2013 Eroica Riesling Columbia Valley.
- The Chop: Roasted bone-in pork loin, sweet potato puree, roasted Japanese eggplant-piquillo-red onion balsamic agro-dolce. Paired with 2014 Marchesi Antinori Tenuta Guado al Tasso Il Bruciato.
- Puff difer: Puff pastry, fig and creamy chocolate filling, chocolate sauce. Paired with Torres “Floralis” Aqua d’Or Moscatel Dessert Wine.
