Fast-growing Fired Pie opens its 18th Arizona location at Mesa Riverview

Arizona-based Fired Pie continues its rapid growth with the opening of its newest location at Mesa Riverview last weekend.

The fast-casual concept allows customers to choose their dough, sauce, cheese, and toppings. The 11-inch pizzas take three-and-a-half minutes to cook in an open-fire brick oven and cost $7.99, no matter how many toppings.

Fired Pie also offers build-your-own salads for $7.99.

The Mesa hours are 11 a.m.-9 p.m. Sunday-Thursday and 11 a.m.-10 p.m. Friday-Saturday.

The chain opened its first store in Phoenix in 2013. The Mesa store is its 18th. Other East Valley locations include Tempe, Ahwatukee, and two in Chandler.
