Crab & Mermaid, the new seafood concept from the Cold Beers & Cheeseburgers people, will debut a food truck at the Russo & Steele collector automobile auction, which starts today at Salt River Fields in Scottsdale. Three items will be on the menu: Clam chowder, lobster rolls (pictured), and poke bowls.
The Old Town Scottsdale restaurant, which opened last March, also plans to send the truck to the Street Eats Food Truck Festival at Salt River Fields on Feb. 11-12 as well as spring-training baseball games.
